Yoga simply means to unite. Uniting the body, breath and the mind is Yoga . In this series of postures, experience deep relaxation with stretches coordinated with your breath to relax your mind. This class is apt for intermediate level of students. The stretches are not too simple and not too tough either. If you have been practicing Yoga from quite some time, then this class is for you.
