Got Questions?

  1. From My ACCOUNT select Profile > My Subscriptions.
  2. To VIEW your subscription details click on the drop-down arrow next to INCLUDED FEATURES.
  3. To UPGRADE your subscription click the VIEW SUBSCRIPTION PLANS button, select the Upgrade button next to the plan of your choice, and then proceed to follow the payment instructions
  4. To CANCEL your subscription click the CANCEL button and then confirm you'd like to cancel by clicking OK.
  1. From My Dashboard select Classes > Class Packages > Add New Package.
  2. Enter the required information in the fields provided. 
  3. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

 

NOTE: The default Status is set to Active. You can update the Status by selecting Inactive from the drop-down menu and then click the Save button.

  1. From My Dashboard select Promotions > Add New Coupon or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > My Promotions.
  2. Under Add New Coupon enter the required information in the fields provided.
  3. Select "Yes" or "No" under Coupon Publicly Available? if you would like the coupon to be used by anyone and displayed on our Member dashboards
  4. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

 

NOTE: Make sure to checkmark all services your coupon is available for, such as Online Classes, In-Person Classes, Private Sessions, Etc. You can also add a unique Coupon Code and a Max Discount Amount.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The default Status is set to Active. You can update the Status by selecting Inactive from the drop-down menu and then click the SAVE button.

  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Photos.
  2. Click Choose File... and then select an image from your computer or mobile device.
  3. Click the UPLOAD IMAGE button to complete the image upload to My Photo Gallery.
  4. To remove a photo from My Photo Gallery, click the DELETE button below the image that you would like to remove.
  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the section you would like to update such as Personal Details, My Social Network, or About Me, etc.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (notebook with pen) that is located in the top right-hand corner of each section to make the field editable in that specific section
  4. Enter the up to date information in the fields provided.
  5. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

 

NOTES: In the Specialities field please use a comma to separate each one of your specialties. If you are traveling please remember to update your Time Zone under the Other Settings section.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the Extra Participant Price Per Hour is left "BLANK" then the default price will be $5.00 per hour. You must enter a value of "0" or more to update the price.

  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Introduction Video section.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (notebook with a pen) that is located in the top right-hand corner of the section to make the field editable
  4. Under Video Type click on the Select Video Type drop-down box and choose either Embedded Code or Upload.
  5. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

Embedded Code - If you chose Embedded Code please visit YouTube and obtain the code by selecting the "Share" button, then copy and paste the Embedded Code provided in the Introduction Video Embedded Code field.

 

Upload - If you chose Upload then click on the Choose File... field to select the file from your computer or mobile device.

 

NOTE: The file must be an mp4, Avi, MOV, or MPG and has a maximum size for the file upload of 100 Mb.

  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Personal Details section.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (notebook with a pen) that is located in the top right-hand corner of the section to make the fields editable
  4. Under the field Make Profile Muted? click the drop-down box and select "Yes."
  5. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.
  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Required Documents section.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (notebook with a pen) that is located in the top right-hand corner of the section to make the field editable
  4. Under Proof of Credentials click on Choose File... and then select a file from your computer or mobile device.
  5. Select either "Yes" or "No" under Do you have Instructor Liability Insurance?
  6. Upload your Proof of Insurance by clicking on Choose file... and then select the file from your computer or mobile device.
  7. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Addresses section.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (notebook with a pen) that is located in the top right-hand corner of the section to make the field editable
  4. Click on Add new address and enter the new address.
  5. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.
  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Personal Details section.

  5. Select an image from your computer or mobile device.

  2. Go to the Personal Details section.

  2. Scroll down to My Shareable Links, and click on the box icon next to My Public Profile to copy to your clipboard.
  1. From Dashboard select Profile. Go to My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Go to the Payout Information section.
  3. Click on the CONNECT WITH STRIPE button and follow the instructions to create or link your STRIPE account.

NOTE: One of Stripes policies is Instant Payout is not available for accounts in the UK.

  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Info or from the Home page go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and below the section Other Settings, adjust pricing under the heading For Private Sessions.
  1. From My Dashboard select Profile > My Availability.
  2. Update the timezone if needed by selecting the CHANGE TIMEZONE button.
  3. Select the date or dates on the calendar shown.
  4. From the pop-up window uncheck-mark the default times of 6:00am-8:00pm if you are not available, then check-mark the boxes with the corresponding times that you are available.
  5. Check-mark the Weekly Recurring? box if applicable.
  6. Click the SAVE button or to cancel the changes click CANCEL.

NOTE: You can set multiple days by highlighting all the dates you would like to schedule with the help of your mouse drag and drop function.

  1. From the Home page, click My Account > Video On Demand in the top right corner at top of screen then choose VoD Packages/Membership > Add VoD Packages from the left side menu. Alternatively, click My Dashboard and choose Video On Demand > VoD Packages/Membership > Add VoD Packages from the left menu list.
  2. Enter information in specific fields. Click SAVE at the bottom left of the page.
  1. From the Home page, click My Account > Video On Demand in the top right corner at top of screen then choose VoD Packages/Membership > Add VoD Membership from the left side menu. Alternatively, click My Dashboard and choose Video On Demand > VoD Packages/Membership > Add VoD Membership from the left menu list.
  2. Enter information in specific fields. Click SAVE at the bottom left of the page.
  1. From the Home page, click My Account > Video On Demand in the top right corner at top of screen then choose VoD Packages/Membership > My VoD Packages/Memberships from the left side menu. Alternatively, click My Dashboard and choose Video On Demand > VoD Packages/Membership > My VoD Packages/Membership from the left menu list.
  2. Click the edit icon (notepad and pen) from the Actions section to edit the package or membership. To delete click the trash icon from the Actions section.

  1. From the Home page, click Video On Demand.
  2. Click the video you would like to purchase, click BUY NOW.
  3. Enter information that is needed, and click PROCEED TO PAY.
  1. From the Home page, click My Account > Video On Demand in the top right corner at top of screen, then select My Purchased VoD. Alternatively, click My Dashboard and choose Video On Demand > My Purchased VoD from the left menu list.
  1. From Home page click My Account > Classes. Alternatively go to My Dashboard > Classes > Add Online Class.
  2. Enter information in specific fields.
  3. Set image and whether it is recurring or not, click SAVE at bottom right.
  4. View under Classes > My Classes.

NOTE: Remember to add Original Price and Discounted Price if applicable, if no discounted price is applicable then post Original Price in Discounted Price field. Please don't forget to change Timezone if traveling.

  1. From Home page click My Account > Classes then go to left side bar and click Add In-person Class. Alternatively from My Dashboard > Classes click Add In-person Class from left sidebar.
  2. Enter information in specific fields.
  3. Select image for class, select if class will be recurring, click SAVE in bottom right of page.

NOTE: Remember to add Original Price and Discounted Price if applicable, if no discounted price is applicable then post Original Price in Discounted Price field. Please don't forget to change Timezone if traveling.

  1. From Home page click My Account > Classes then go to left side bar and click Add Pre-recorded Online Class. Alternatively from My Dashboard > Classes click Add Pre- recorded Online Class from left sidebar.
  2. Enter information in specified fields.
  3. Select type of link, Embedded or Video Link.
  4. Select image from computer. Select if Recurring or not, click SAVE at bottom right of page.

NOTES: Remember to add Original Price and Discounted Price if applicable, if no discounted price is applicable then post Original Price in Discounted Price field. Please don't forget to change Timezone if traveling.

If code is embedded on Youtube, click on the SHARE button under the video, then click Embed, copy and paste embedded code and paste in the Pre Recorded Video Embedded Code field.

 

  1. From Home page click My Dashboard > Classes > Add Class Series.
  2. Enter information in specific fields.
  3. Select image for class and click SAVE at the bottom right of the page.

  2. Scroll down to My Shareable Links, and click on the box icon next to My Class Schedule to copy to your clipboard.

  1. From My Dashboard select Classes > My Classes. From the Home page select My Account > Classes.
