Mindfulness - A Beginners Mind, Seeing with Compassion, February 2022



Join us February for a 4-week introduction to Mindfulness class.  Each 75-90 min class will include a talk, a guided meditation, and a group process with Q&A.  All classes will be recorded for future viewing. 

Week 1, Feb 3 - What is Mindfulness? The nature of the mind. Benefits of meditation.  Cultivating compassion for thinking.

Week 2, Feb 10 - Being Fully Human: Mindfulness of Emotions

Week 3, Feb 17 - The Wise Heart

Week 4, Feb 24 - Bringing Your Practice into the World
