Classes will range from upbeat sessions during morning times to lower intensity relaxing sessions in the evening. Balancing the Chakras is vital for overall health. I spend most of my time researching and cultivating routines that will assist with Chakra balancing. As a former dancer, I also emphasize alignment and proper weight distribution while flowing through the poses.
