Let's face it, being human can be hard - especially learning to manage our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies all the time... every day... for the rest of our lives.
In my classes we'll be engaging in breath, movement, and sound to move through the energy and emotions necessary to feel our best selves. I show up with a lot of humility as a teacher because I, too am on this daily quest. I'll encourage you to also show up with your inner child and unapologetically feel what you're feeling, move how you want to move, make the sounds that come up, and maybe even laugh a little.
