Strength and Conditioning
Kiara began teaching yoga in 2016 after recieving her 200-hour certification from SWIHA. She has offered hatha/vinyasa yoga in Phoenix, NYC, and Jamaica and loves to allow the practice of yoga to meet people where they are at. She offers a gentle yet strong practice to allow your mind, body and soul to comnect and be nutured as one. She also likes to infuse reiki and the use of energy healing and
meditation into the practice.
