This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy of Healing Art Solutions LLC with respect to information including your personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected when you (“you” or “user”) use our Balance:anytime. Anywhere mobile application, Balance website, and their contents and services (“Services”, “website”, and “mobile app”), and when you interact with or communicate with Healing Art Solutions LLC (“HAS”, “we”, “us” and “our”), within the United States and its territories.

Information We Collect:

We may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you provide such information, such as when you install our mobile app and sign up for our Services, or when you enter your information on our website, contact us with inquiries, respond to any surveys we may send, create or modify your Account, send messages within the Services, contact customer support, manually enter or edit contact information from your device, connect to our Services from a third-party software platform, or use the Services. This information may include: name, phone number, home address, email address, date of birth, profile picture, profile info, services you offer as an Instructor, pictures for your photo gallery, teaching certification, payment method and other information you choose to provide. When you provide us with access to the contacts on your device thru the permission system used by your mobile platform, we will access and store names and contact information from your device for use in providing you with the Services. Wherever HAS collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Other Information:

Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with HAS through the Services, we may receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. HAS may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by HAS affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of users of our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our website, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process. The Services collect transaction details related to Instructor’s and Client’s use of the Balance app, such as the type of service requested, session schedules, Client ratings of Instructors, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, and other related transaction details. This information is stored as transaction details in the Balance app database, displayed within the Balance app for users, and accessible on the Balance app administrative panel for Balance admins. The Services may also access your photos and camera after getting your consent.

Location Information: When you use the Services, we may collect your location information after getting your consent. If you permit HAS to access location services thru the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the Services are running in the foreground or background. 

Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device such as the operating system.

Use of Unique Identifiers: To create and maintain unique identification of your use of our Services, the Balance app uses OAuth 2.0 (Open Authorization).

Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information:

HAS uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such Services. HAS and its subsidiaries and affiliates may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users, developer new features, provide customer support, authenticate users, send service updates and administrative messages, perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services, to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, to conduct data analysis, testing and research, to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends, and to personalize and improve our Services, including to provide or recommend features, content and social connections and referrals. HAS and its affiliates may also use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you, including weekly and monthly analytics.

Platform Permissions:

Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time that HAS wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that our Services seeks before you first use the Services, and your use of the Services constitutes your consent.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:

HAS does not share your information with any third parties other than Stripe, the payment processor, so as to facilitate payment for services rendered thru our Services. Other than this, there are very limited circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: HAS, like many businesses, may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions may include mailing information and maintaining databases. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we provide them with only the information that they need to perform their specific function.

Legal Requirements: HAS may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of HAS, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.


This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to HAS through the Services or through any other means (“Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and HAS shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.


The Services are not for use by those under the age of 18. HAS does not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the Services or submit any Personal Data through the Services.

Links to Other Websites:

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by HAS (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that HAS endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Changes to HAS’s Privacy Policy:

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for HAS to make changes to this Privacy Policy. HAS reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
