Information We Collect:
We may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with HAS through the Services, we may receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. HAS may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by HAS affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of users of our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our website, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process. The Services collect transaction details related to Instructor’s and Client’s use of the Balance app, such as the type of service requested, session schedules, Client ratings of Instructors, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, and other related transaction details. This information is stored as transaction details in the Balance app database, displayed within the Balance app for users, and accessible on the Balance app administrative panel for Balance admins. The Services may also access your photos and camera after getting your consent.
Location Information: When you use the Services, we may collect your location information after getting your consent. If you permit HAS to access location services thru the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the Services are running in the foreground or background.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device such as the operating system.
Use of Unique Identifiers: To create and maintain unique identification of your use of our Services, the Balance app uses OAuth 2.0 (Open Authorization).
Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time that HAS wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that our Services seeks before you first use the Services, and your use of the Services constitutes your consent.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
HAS does not share your information with any third parties other than Stripe, the payment processor, so as to facilitate payment for services rendered thru our Services. Other than this, there are very limited circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: HAS, like many businesses, may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions may include mailing information and maintaining databases. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we provide them with only the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Legal Requirements: HAS may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of HAS, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
The Services are not for use by those under the age of 18. HAS does not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the Services or submit any Personal Data through the Services.
