Having grown up with this work my entire life, I started my career in fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2016. I have since broadened my horizons to include Yoga, Wellness Coaching, Private Yoga Coaching, Guided Meditations and Toe Reading. At the age of two my father began to teach me how to meditate, and my mother helped begin my yogic asana practice when I was fourteen. I have a genuine love for the yogic sciences and culture and a drive to share them with the world.
