Together we rise. With renowned teachers and a vow to remain in humble studentship, Jess has cultivated a calming, body-technical approach to teaching. Jess has been leading yoga and meditation classes, retreats, immersions, and workshops throughout the world for over 10 years. Born & raised in the Mid-West, she is now based in New York City where she holds weekly classes and offerings for all levels of practitioners.

Practices aim to embody self-inquiry and familiarize spiritual discovery with physical connection. Jess has been a practitioner a for over 15 years. With over 1000-RYT hours.
