Senior Yoga

Senior yoga classes are for practitioners aged 55+ and provide gentle practices to maintain the health and wellbeing of the aging body. No yoga experience is required, as all movements will be foundational, and each class will provide great instructional cues for optimal practice. This class is great for seniors who want to maintain or build strength and flexibility, as well as improve circulation, eyesight, balance, and respiratory conditions.
