For the mamas to be, these yoga classes will provide gentle and safe movements during all stages of pregnancy. As your baby develops and your body changes, certain yoga practices become contraindicated, while others are absolutely wonderful for promoting a healthy birthing experience for both you and your baby. Your prenatal yoga teacher will be able to guide you through the ups and downs of practicing while pregnant.
